Hmmm. I'm thinkin' maybe my grandkids have been around that cat, taking lessons perhaps? Actually, since the kids usually have way more stuff, perhaps it's the other way around -cat copying them.

Now that is the life I want.

Dr S - Nope!

Jeni - we don't have any kids, thus the spoiled cats.

BC - it wouldn't suck to be one of my cats.

Good gadfry... I don't know which is worse... the damn cat or the new background colors.

I'm gonna go with the cat... :P

Since I'm late to the comments and ya'll whipped a Junior College in Northeast Florida, I'm thinking the toys are parts of the Rambling Wreck.

LL - I've got to tweak the color scheme a bit. Ignoring your anti-cat comment.

Dave - This Jacksonville State is in Alabama. Not that it changes anything.

only a cat can be so blase while surrounded by toys

Dr Jenn - a milk ring is easily as attractive as any store bought toys.

Dianne - well, you can't expect her to act grateful, can you? ;-)

milk ring, lol. I was thinking more along the lines of keeping the house clean. See our (dumb cats - for LL's sake) felines seem to think anything from the tissue box to shoes to the clothes in the basket is fair game (if they can't find their toys) while we are sleeping. I know Doc comes home some mornings and must think we are slobs! I get up and look at the war zone thinking, I know I picked up last night! Alvin's favorite thing right now is to steal straws. I thought the kids were doing it until we watched Alvin walk across the floor carrying one in his mouth.

Oh, Boris used to love the milk ring and the big fat rubber band from around broccoli.

His favorite "toy" is my polar bear beanie baby - the rest are all his (and Igor's, but Igor couldn't care less), but it's the polar bear that gets moved whenever I'm gone or asleep from the living room to the hallway outside my bedroom.

My cat has all the toys he could want. Instead, he chews up my hairbands and bats my earrings all over creation
