The Spice Must Flow

Ever get curious about some of your blog's search terms that show up over and over? I do, so I clicked on one - "spice must flow cat" - just to see why people keep looking for it. This is what I found:

The Spice must flow
moar funny pictures

That is freaking hilarious! And adorable... And geeky... all at the same time. And lacking any decent cat pictures of my own from the last week or so, I decided to make it the Friday catblogging post. Enjoy.

P.S. For my non-science fiction readers (Hi, Mom!) who don't get it, click here for the skinny on spice and the sandworms of Dune.

And you wondered why I was thinking about sending you the crazy cat lady action figure...

One other thing... moar funny pictures? Shouldn't that be "moor"? :P

"Moar" rhymes with "roar", doesn't it? Makes perfect sense to a feline mind...

I needed the P.S., thanks, but now do remember the book from way long ago. Totally unconnected, one of my favorite SF novels was Canticle for Leibowitz, or is it "ie.?"

dave - "ei" is correct. I just read that book last year (been working my way through the list of Hugo and Nebula Award winners). Interesting that it was a favorite of yours. I liked it.

dr s - usually I am learning things from your blog!

I really should get one of those site meter thingys for my blog to see how readers find me. But that will mean one more thing for me to check...

Cute picture. I wonder how long it took to take the picture.

Hello hello!!

I am here on the advice of Beth ... did you know that she sings high praises of this blog??
I like the catburrito - being a cat and loving Mexican food may have swayed me, but yahh, that's a great picture!!

ps... do you really fly around in space?? If so, I'll see you in the milky way ... or the snickers (he he hee)

debo - once the novelty wears off, you end up just checking the meter every once in a while. It is a fun thing to have, and interesting to see where people come from.

beth, tiff, kat - glad you liked it!

speedcat - welcome to the blog! I only fly around in space in my dreams. I can't speak for the cats though. Who knows what they do when we aren't looking?
