Moxy Keeps On Truckin'

Title courtesy of MW, who commented on this photo via my Flickr page. He said it reminded him of those "Keep On Truckin'" posters from the 70s. It was taken on the same evening as the copy cats photo. It was fun to skew perspective a bit by positioning the camera very close to her paws.

Wow... a different book already? You must have cruised through the last one...

And that fat forepaw does kind of lend you toward that connection, doesn't it.

All Seated On The Ground was a novella. Is that cheating? :innocent:

The picture of Moxy reminds me even more of that poster when I am able to click the link and see them side by side. I looked at that poster a year or so ago, but I had forgotten just how pronounced those feet are in both cases. Ha.

One of the neat things about cats is that they don't worry about things like the winter blahs.

I used to have a Keep on Truckin' sticker. Good call.

mw - I hadn't seen that logo for years. It was fun looking it up.

dr s - no, my cats don't seem to worry about anything.

wa11z - I'm glad mw thought of it!

I love the perspective! She does look like the poster (I had to look it up, it's a little before my time...).

DrS is right All they have to think about is their mealtime! Moxy is a adorable cat, she looks s lot like my KiKi!

magnetbabe - Keep On Truckin' is very 70s!

minnesotablue - Moxy also thinks about hunting, but that is related to food so maybe it doesn't count as a separate thought.

Talk about memories!!! I won a "Keep on Truckin'" t-shirt at Pants Galore when I was, maybe, 10 years old. This lady was walking around the store carrying a timer of some sort being followed by a ton of people. When the timer went off whoever was in front of her won the t-shirt. I was just standing in line with my mom minding my own business when it went off and I was in front of her (guess the people didn't understand that following her would put them BEHIND her). My mom HATED that t-shirt! It disappeared.
