It’s not the itching, it’s the oozing. Yeah, that poison ivy rash I got last weekend has turned ugly. Literally. I’ll spare you the details (sorry, LL, no pictures), but suffice it to say that I have to tape a huge gauze bandage on my right forearm every day so it doesn’t ooze all over my desk. I don’t know how it’s gonna dry up if I have to keep it covered all the time. Sigh.

Wow. Oozing sores. And I just sat down to a nice jelly doughnut. Thanks for that, Fermi. ;)
Poor Fermi, but thanks for the mental picture right at lunchtime.
Man, that's miserable. My nephew had it a few years ago, and it ended up in his bloodstream. Very not cool. Hope it's drying up as we speak (type?).
ctheokas and kat - sorry 'bout dat. Look at the bright side -- at least it isn't your arm that is oozing.
trinamick - the stuff that isn't covered is starting to dry up. It still itches like crazy.
Ouch, ouch, ouch!! Hope the itches go away soon!
Killjoy. ;)
Hope you feel better soon.
Sorry to hear that. My cousin had a leaf fall on her hand and now she is covered in the rash as well.
Ick. And hi!
I had one of those "it's gone systemic" poison ivy things many moons ago, and if I never get it again it will be too soon. I feel your pain, I really do. I remember rubbing my stomach against the lab bench to scratch, without even noticing I was doing it. Horrible stuff.
Hi, Tiff. Thanks for stopping in!
