I would love to have some wine tonight, but am terrified of getting a migraine and having to take the test under that condition. We went out and had a nice dinner (with one glass of wine) last night. I think I will stick with Mellow Mushroom pizza and a Fresca tonight. And of course, more herbal tea.I'm slamming "tension tamer" tea right now, but alas... still tense as hell.
really you should have stopped studying by this point. No sense in exhausting your mental ability before you have to use it. Just believe in yourself. (((hugs))) and best wishes.
The magazine where I work is publishing a big special issue in a few weeks, a yearly event.That makes this my least favorite time of the year--I have horrible, horrible anxiety for about a month. On the plus side, I usually end up losing about 7 or 8 pounds. (I've thought about writing a spoof book, "The Anxiety Diet.")I hope the test went well!
jenny - I knew that, but it was hard to do.jim - alas, I don't think my anxiety resulted in any weight loss, in spite of my huge reduction in wine consumption. *sigh*
