To Hell With Georgia

Clean Old Fashioned Hate is tonight. Tailgating gear is packed and ready to go. Got tickets, beer, brats, blankets. Plus lots of nervous energy to spare. I'm always anxious before the big games. Definitely wearing the lucky hoodie tonight.

Florida didn't look that good, nor did Alabama yesterday; but, I'm assuming you won't move up, or did TCU lose, I can't remember. Then there's Texas and someone. It's all so confusing.

Best of fortune to your boys fermi...

I hope the hoodie doesn't fail ya. I don't know if you've got the wardrobe left!

Should be a fun game. UGA can move the ball when they are so inclined, so I expect a lot of points to be scored, but GT should score more of them.

Dave: Florida, Alabama, and Texas have run away from everybody else in the BCS. If Texas loses in the Big 12 championship game, the national championship will be a Florida-Alabama rematch. TCU gets screwed because of their schedule.

Oh-oh, no more Top 10 for you...

And what's with all these long bombs downfield? Y'all were only down by 6, there was time on the clock, throwing the ball just ain't your thing. Seems like a dance with who brung ya moment if their ever was.

And now the part that hurts. Fermi, I know how sensitive you are about those letters S-E-C. But face it, you struggled with the two worst teams in the conference before putting them away late, and lost to a UGA team that was far from their best. I'm not sure how well your Jackets would have held up playing an SEC schedule.

I am taking it better than I thought I would, but I have to say that I am not happy. Nor am I sleepy, which is a problem at nearly 3am.

Hmmm. Fell asleep here in my recliner and slept through the news tonight so I don't know the outcome of GT in the game. Sounds like it may not have gone the way you wanted though. IF that's the case -and having been there on numerous occasions this year with my Nittany Lions -my condolences. If they actually won but not the way you thought they should have, well just take those kind of wins and run too, ya know. Whatever the case, always next year too.

Jeni - no, it didn't go well. I don't look forward to all the torment I will get from Ga fans for the next 364 days.
