Lame Excuses For Not Posting

I took the weekend off, and I'm having to work overtime this week to get some machine stuff done after hours. Regular posting to resume soon, I hope. I have some post topics in mind, but the thoughts need to roll around my brain some more before they are ready to share. Plus, so many cat photos... so few Fridays.

Hey, no excuse really needed but, if push comes to shove, a "lame" excuse is probably better than none. You needed a good break after all that studying -now how's that for an excuse? It would work for me, that's for sure!

Any excuse not to post is a good excuse. Right?

And at least you haven't just put up some sort of video link thing to some defunct TV show. That would be all kinds of wrong...

Ah, still taking those deep breaths, I see. Good for YOU!

jeni - a vacation from work would be an even better break, but that isn't in the cards for me.

ll - Posting about not posting gave me something to post about. I'll leave the TV clips to NYPinTA.

tiff - yes, breathing. And sleep. And wine. Not necessarily in that order.

Thank you for the Farscape answer. They don't have ANY season one in stock at all. They have all the other seasons though. :o(

I finished Six Feet Under last night and cried like a crazy lady on fire. I don't know why I lost it so bad, but when Keith was shot, I cried out so hard, my husband grabbed me and hugged me into his chest while I screamed these strange phrases like, "Nooo, nooo, that's not how he dies." Oh my God, LOST IT!! Thank you for recommending that show to me. I didn't think I'd get quite so attached. :o/

at least you don't take advise from LL and don't give an excuse... (IE how he hasn't updated in what a month? and not bothered to mention why)

And I will admit I got caught up in beth's reply and forgot what I was orgianlly gonna say. ;)

We all need an excuse sometimes. I think more posting will be done from my end when winter sets in.

beth - glad you liked Six Feet Under. The last episode is powerful, isn't it? I loved the way they gave the audience closure. Very effective.

jenny - why would anyone take advice from LL? :P

minnesota - it is tough to sit in front of a computer when it is nice outside...
