Merry Christmas from Dixie

Yes, I know it is a country song, but this became my favorite Christmas song when I moved away from Georgia and was homesick. I still like it. So here it is for you.

Merry Christmas from Dixie. It is raining in the pines, not snowing. At least not here. But it is a peaceful Christmas night.

It was just above zero Thursday morning when I took Sammy out for a morning trot! (You don't walk with him on his leash, you run!) But by tonight, when we went to church, you could feel the changes in the weather -lots of moisture in the air, in preparation to dump freezing rain on us in the morning. Hope Santa's sled doesn't get all iced up! Hope the holiday is a very happy one for you and yours!

Merry Christmas to you and your family, Jeni. Be careful in all that bad weather!

You can't have Christmas without snow... Here, let me give you mine... ;)

Have a great one fermicat, remember to relax and enjoy all that the day offers to you.

LL - You can keep that snow to yourself, thankyouverymuch. We had a great day. Hope you did, too.
