It was the shirt.

Georgia Tech Wins!

What a night! Tech won (The real Tech, not that polytechnic school from Virginny). It was the first time we've beat a top-five team at home since 1962. Coach Paul Johnson is a chessmaster. I think we've got ourselves another Bobby Dodd, folks. And I've got myself a lucky hoodie!

Immediately after the game ended, the students swarmed the field. We saw them carrying the goalposts down Yellow Jacket Alley about half an hour later, and I hear they ended up on the university president's front lawn.

Dr Jenn - by all accounts he was gracious and had a good sense of humor about it. The students had a great time and no one got into trouble for it.

I hate to say it knowing you are a UGA fan, but I will definitely be wearing that hoodie again the Saturday after Thanksgiving!!

I wouldn't. You need to retire it before you use all the mojo up!

The kids are UGA fans, I like all college ball. The girls were raised around UGA fans and had little choice but to like them! I don't like to watch pro-ball much but I do enjoy catching HS or College ball on TV.

LL - I think mojo feeds on itself.

Shelli!! Miss ya! We need to watch some basketball this year and be the rowdy chicks again.

Dr Jenn - passing down team loyalty is how it works in the south. You can't fight tradition. Anyway, some of my best friends are Dawgs. And Gators, and Tigers, etc.

Woo-hoo! You got yourself a "lucky hoodie" and by the looks of things up north here, my cousin's salmon shaking thing must have had its mojo working on Saturday too. WE ARE! Penn State! And yay, yay, hip, hip hooray that we got back in the win column at least this past weekend. Here's hoping it lasts for GA Tech and for those Nittany Lions too down the road now from here!

Jeni - I saw a clip on ESPN of them shoveling snow off the seats before your game. Is that normal for October? Our game was very cold and felt more like a November night. All the jumping up and down helped keep us warm.
