The spice must flow.
Probably just an axe murderer... nothing to worry about.OOO!! OOOOO!!! Maybe it's a cat murderer and I'll finally be spared! :ewink:Stay safe fermicat...
be safe< are all the cats in? prolly just a deer or something. xx
I never found out what it was. I'd guess possum or raccoon. I think a deer would have been quieter, and would have run away when I went outside to check on it. The creepy thing about it was how whatever it was remained in the shadows but was making so much noise, even after it knew I was out there. It wasn't scared of me at all.Zima was out at the time, and seemed fairly interested in it. I had a hard time getting her back in the house.
I wouldnt let the cats out for a while until you have someone come look at what it was. Some prints should be out there to see what it was.
BC - yeah, I should wander down there and check it out. There are usually lots of tracks near the creek. I keep thinking that if it were a predator, it probably would have been stealthier. We don't leave the cats out at night because of coyotes.
At our camp we have everything from foxes to bears that roam at night. Most of the time they dont bother anyone because there are too many people around. But where we are located, there are woods across the road. We have had bears up on our deck at night. One night, while sitting on the couch, we noticed a cub looking in our front door. LOL But that meant that momma was right there too.
