Rather than phoning it in...

...I'm going to go see all of you and write on your blogs.

Very nice that you did that too! In response to your comment on my blog about the hot and spicy foods, I think that is pretty much the way my taste buds have evolved too! I LOVE hot and spicy food -the hotter the better -but I am pretty much the only one here who really likes food like that -except for my son, who is more like me in that respect. I tried a new sandwich this afternoon when I had to take care of a few things -the Danger Whopper at Burger King! I loved it -left that nice tingly burning sensation in the back of my through that to me, says Mmmmm good and gimme some more!

Very spicy is an acquired taste, for sure! I've worked up to it. I know from eating with friends that I seem to be calibrated differently now. They will think something is super spicy and I think it is just savory. I put a little heat into almost everything I cook.

And I'll comment on yours, just because you came by and commented on mine.

It's nice to get comments, isn't it?

BTW, did you have a chance to watch the John Hodgman video I posted? It has to do, partially, with Fermi, but not his cat.

Not phoning it in? Ummm... hello! Friday Catblogging! *sigh*

Besides... what's wrong with phoning it in occasionally?

dr s - I've been meaning to make the rounds, but then things get busy or I've been at the computer all day at work and don't want to do it again at home. Not sure where the time goes, but this month has flown by!

dianne - I don't often comment on your photo blog, but I enjoy your photos as well.

jim - whoops, missed it! Will go watch now.

LL - I put a lot of effort into catblogging. But maybe next time I can just find a catblogging post generator and save some time. ;-)

Not any more! It took me a while to figure out who this new person, Red, was though. ;-)
