At least I enjoyed the first half.

It could be worse. You could be a Vanderbilt alum...

...or Duke.

...or Notre Dame.

OK. It's been more than 24 hours and it still hurts. Again. For the seventh straight year.

Or, as is my case, a Nittany Lion (Penn State) alum/fan!
P.S. - loved the story about your dog and the vet that you told on Pos's page! Too funny!

At least as of today you don't have a coach. Now you and PDM, as loyal alums have to contribute to the slush fund to pay off Chan/buy a new coach.

I don't really get into college ball, but damn, I hate the Patriots. HATE as in, would like to string up Brady by his ballsacs. I'm just sayin'.

How've you been doing?

jeni - don't worry, Penn State will be good again.

dave - I don't enjoy anyone losing their job. But I think DRad (the Athletic Director) made the best business decision he could make. The vast majority of supporters are unhappy and something has to change. None of us are going to be satisfied with 5-6 losses every year and losing to UGA every damn time.

beth - I'm not a pro fan, but I have no love for the Patriots either. I'm doing OK. Not having the time of my life right now, but OK enough.

I take it that means your team ended up losing?

I watch zero football, but try to pay attention to the scores so I know how friends' teams did. This weekend, however, was hectic crazy and the world could have blown up and I wouldn't have known it.

I hope the season was at least a winning one?
