Really different but very pretty photo, Fermi. Where -and what -is this though? Also, and why can't I read the comments while looking at your blog -the white against the yellow makes them really hard to see. Thankfully, I can see them ok here on this screen though -while I'm typing my comments.

Jeni - I didn't notice that before and had to dig through my template's html code to find the setting -- fixed!
The photo was taken at the Paint Pots in Kootenay National Park, Canada. It is a spring fed pool and the red color is from iron oxide. The pots feed an ochre bed. More photos of this area are here.
It's still there. Just close your eyes and ait for it to come.
